Make yourself at home.
Much thought & attention has gone into making this a comfortable space for our guests & we ask that you please treat the space with respect & care. Please take your shoes off at the door, use coasters on all surfaces, & kindly do not rearrange the furniture.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if anything is unclear or if there’s anything we can help you with as you explore the area & city.

Guests.
We know how much fun it is to show your new space & city to your loved ones, but we ask that you please keep guest visits to no more than 2 consecutive nights with a maximum of 4 total occupants. We also ask that no parties be held.
The neighborhood is full of many wonderful families that have called this block home for many years. Please be respectful & keep noise to a minimum between 10pm - 8am.
Sorry, no furry guests are permitted at any time.

Parking & Security.
Free & easy street parking is available on the streets directly in front of & surrounding the apartment.
Be mindful of monthly street cleaning designated with an orange sign with the corresponding weekday & time for cleaning. Vehicles must be moved during this time to avoid a ticket.
Please close & lock all windows & doors when you leave the apartment. If keys are lost, a replacement fee of $250 will be charged to replace all locks & keys for safety measures.

Kitchen.
The Kitchen has been stocked with the essentials you need for your stay. Please let us know if there are any issues or items that would be useful for your stay.
Please use a trivet or hot pad when placing any hot items on the countertops. Use the cutting boards provided & do not cut directly on work surfaces.
There is no garbage disposal. Please use the drain strainer & empty food particles in the garbage.
Garbage Service (black bin) is every Friday morning & Recycling Service (blue bin) is every other Monday. Bins are located in the alley behind the garage.

Appliances.
Help conserve energy! Please turn off lights & AC units when away. Each AC unit also has a dedicated remote control.
The thermostat in the Dining Room controls the heating only. Please do not adjust the system or turn the radiator valves.
The thermostat in the Den / Bonus Room controls the heated flooring. Please do not adjust the system.
If you experience any power outages or issues with the appliances, please contact us right away so we can assist.

Bathroom. Linens. Laundry.
Help us keep our towels clean! Please use dark towels for makeup removal.
Please flush only toilet paper. Dispose of feminine hygiene products, wipes, & tissue in the trash.
Extra towels, sheets, pillows & linens can be found in the hallway closet along with the iron. Check the small closet in the Kitchen for the original pull-down ironing board!
Dedicated laundry is available in the basement. The back stairwell leads outside to the private deck / outdoor space (Owner use only) & then to the breezeway to access the dedicated laundry in the basement.
